A 50% deposit is due upon booking a reservation at Rancho Madroño. All charges must be paid in full 15 days prior to arrival. For your convenience, we will charge the card on file the balance 15 days prior to arrival. To change your payment method, log in using the PAY NOW link at the bottom right corner of the invoice or you may send a check.
REGISTRATION AND WAIVER FORMS
We charge a refundable security deposit for lodging. Security deposits are refunded 7-14 days after departure.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENT
All reservations are subject to a two-night minimum stay.
We charge a 3.3% booking fee.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. unless prearranged in advance. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m.
Children under age of 2 years old are allowed to stay free of charge. Children above age of 2 years old will be considered a guest and count towards the lodges’ occupancy rates.
Children should not be left unattended in the lodge and surrounding areas. There is an unfenced creek and other natural hazards on the ranch and lodge grounds.
OUTSIDE GUESTS/ PARTIES
Our lodging is designated for guests wanting to be away from it all while enjoying the privacy of the nature preserve and tranquility of the hidden valley. Rancho Madroño offers a peaceful place for rest and relaxation and therefore we do not allow parties at the ranch where outside guests come in the property. Only registered guest are allowed at Rancho Madroño.
There is a maximum occupancy for each lodge. Main Lodge – The Main Lodge can accommodate up to 8 guests, Cottonwood Lodge – The Cottonwood Lodge Can accommodate up to 6 guests, and the Creek Lodge – The Creek Lodge can accommodate up to 4 guests.
No smoking is permitted inside the lodges. Guests smoking in rooms are subject to a $500 charge for cleaning.
The speed limit within the property is 15MPH.
We do not allow pets or other animals at Rancho Madroño.
Rancho Madroño is not responsible for any items left unattended in the lodges, grounds, and vehicles.
HUNTS AND HUNTING PACKAGES
For hunts & hunting packages, all balances must be paid in full prior to departure with a check, cash, wire, and/or credit card.
Cancellations of less than 30 days prior to arrival but more than 15 days receive a 50% refund. Cancellations of 14 days or less prior to arrival will receive no refund.
A minimum of 30 days notice must be given to reschedule a booked hunt reservation and can only be rescheduled one time. We will do our best to reschedule the hunt once within the same season but we cannot guarantee a requested date change during the same season, as it is based on availability. If dates cannot be accommodated, the deposit will be applied to an Axis hunt during the year or a Whitetail hunt next season, as applicable.
All Hunts are fair chase hunts. It is not guaranteed that the number of game included in your package will be harvested.
